Stick Warranty Info
Nike Bauer Hockey
  • Contact Nike Bauer using their website www.nikebauer.com/rma, using the e-mail address warranty.nbh@nikebauer.com , or calling the warranty line at 1-888-509-6875 (Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST) to obtain a return authorization number and a return address.
  • You must send, at your expense, your original proof of purchase and your stick/shaft/replacement blade to the address provided.
  • If, upon examination, Nike Bauer Hockey determines (in our sole discretion) that there is a manufacturing defect, we will ship a new stick/shaft/replacement blade to the address you provide.

Easton Hockey
  • Do not return the shaft/Synergy stick to your hockey/sporting goods dealer. Call the Easton Sports Warranty Department at 888-259-1297 to obtain a return authorization number and return address. You can also obtain a RA# via our website at: www.eastonsports.com
  • Send the defective shaft/Synergy along with proof of purchase to the Easton Warranty Department. If Easton Sports agrees the shaft/Synergy stick is defective, we will send out a replacement shaft/Synergy stick within 3 business days of receiving the defective product. Return shipment will be via 2-day delivery. If Easton sports deems the shaft/Synergy Stick as not under warranty, the product will be returned to you.
  • Please note: You must save your original receipt from your authorized Easton Sports Inc. dealer as proof of purchase. It is required to return a defective stick. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. Sticks returned without proof of purchase may not be warranted.
TPS Louisville Hockey
  • All TPS Louisville Hockey composite sticks, composite shafts, and composite goal sticks are covered by a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects by the manufacturer.
  • Under this warranty policy, all warranty claims must be handled directly through TPS Louisville Hockey as this store is unable to file warranty claims on aforementioned products.
  • TPS Louisville Hockey composite sticks/composite shafts/composite goal sticks are warranted to be free of manufacturing and material defects for a period of 30 days from the consumer's original date of purchase. You must send, at your expense, your original proof of purchase and your stick/shaft/replacement blade to the address provided. If after inspection, TPS Louisville Hockey finds your product to be defective, a ONE-TIME replacement will be sent to you. Please be aware that hockey is a contact sport and hockey sticks do break because of circumstances other than manufacturing defects. Products returned without the original sale receipt will be denied outright and returned to the customer.

  • Call 1-800-644-1677 or or Email ops@reebokccm.com with the required information (see below) and CCM Sports will issue a Return Authorization Number for inspection plus shipping instructions.

  • You will be asked to provide the following information to CCM Sports Customer Service before a Return Authorization is issued: your product serial number, date of purchase, dealer where purchased, the pattern of the blade, the stiffness of the shaft, the curve (left or right), your address & phone number and how your composite one piece stick, shaft or replacement blade broke.
  • If CCM Sports determines your composite one piece stick, shaft or replacement blade broke as a result of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, CCM Sports will replace your composite one piece stick, shaft or replacement blade within 10-15 business days. The replacement will be shipped at CCM Sport's expense.
  • If CCM Sports determines your composite one piece stick, shaft or replacement blade is not covered under warranty or that you failed to meet the criteria described above, your product will be returned to you at your expense.
  • All decisions by CCM Sport's Warranty Department are final.
RBK Hockey
  • Call 1-800-644-1677 or Email ops@reebokccm.com with the required information (see below) and Rbk Hockey will issue a Return Authorization Number for inspection plus shipping instructions.

Mission Hockey
  • Because of the nature of the game of hockey, occasionally breakage may occur. This warranty covers product breakage as a result of manufactures defects from the date of purchase for 30 Days on Composite Sticks and Shafts
  • Contact Mission/Itech Hockey directly at 800-743-6313 to optain a Return Authorization Number, or through their website (after registering) at: http://www.missionhockey.com/register/
  • An original retail receipt is required to validate your warranty and your purchase must have been from an authorized Mission Hockey dealer. Your purchase allows for a "ONE-TIME" replacement provided there is no evidence of abuse, tampering, heating or fraudulence. Mission Hockey reserves the right to void this offer at any time.
  • The following guidelines need to be considered after your purchase and prior to submitting your claim
    • Mission Hockey composite sticks, shafts or blades were purchased from an Authorized Mission Hockey Dealer
    • The consumer presents proof of purchase from the authorized dealer in a form of an original receipt. Without the original sales receipts, any warranty will be denied
    • The Mission Hockey composite sticks, shafts or blades have not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer
    • ALL Mission Hockey composite sticks, shafts and blades carry a 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (with original retail receipt as proof of purchase) from any manufacturing defects.
    • If upon inspection, the warranty department determines that your Mission Hockey stick/shaft/blade is due to normal "wear and tear" or damaged of contact with other players, skates, stick, boards, net, etc.; NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE OFFERED
    • Damage caused by overheating or exposure to an open flame will not be covered under warranty
    • Professional and College Team sales are excluded from this warranty
Sherwood Hockey

Sher-Wood Drolet will provide a "ONE-TIME" warranty replacement for any hockey stick, shaft and blades product that fails due to defects in materials and workmanship under normal and customary use, provided:

  • That the stick, shaft and/or blade was purchased at an authorized Sher-Wood Drolet; retailer;
  • That the consumer submits a proof of purchase from an authorized dealer in the form of an original electronic cash register receipt;
  • That there is no evidence that the hockey stick, shaft and/or blade has been abused, tampered with, over-heated, altered, defaced, misused, skate-cut, exposed to open flame or otherwise damaged through an act of neglect of the consumer;
  • That the hockey stick and/or shaft is returned in its entirety;
  • That the shaft was used with a Sher-Wood blade at all times.

* Professional, Junior and College team sales are excluded from this warranty.

Any claim for warranty service should be made to 1-866-563-2205, extension 2175. A return authorization number (RAN) and all pertinent shipping instructions will be given to you. We will require that you supply our Customer Service representative with the following information in order to get your RAN: the date of purchase of the product, the retailer's name, your address and telephone number and, a description as to how your hockey stick or handle was broken. Following the receipt and inspection of the product, Sher-Wood Drolet reserves the right to turn down your request if above conditions have not been met.

Warrior Hockey

Warrior Hockey will replace any defective composite sticks or shafts, for 30 days after purchase date, directly through the company. Please do not return your stick/shaft to the store, but contact Warrior directly for your warranty.

  • The stick is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase, no photocopies or hand written receipts will be accepted)
  • The stick broke during normal use as a result of manufacturer's defect
  • The Warrior shaft was used with a Warrior blade
  • The stick was not exposed to an open flame
  • Shaft shows no signs of being overheated from an outside source
  • Stick was not damaged by contact with a skate, stick, boards, goals, bench, players, etc.
  • Stick was not a factory second, or purchased used
  • Replacement blades are not covered under our policy

Warranty restrictions will be determined completely by Warrior Hockey.

Replacement blades are NOT covered under the Warrior Warranty Policy.

All products are replaced one time and one time only. If Warrior Hockey no longer has the style of your original purchase we will replace it with one of equal value. There are no upgrades to any returns.
